Return & Refund Policy

• Return window: 14 days for change of mind; 30 days for faulty items (from delivery).
• Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags/packaging. Some items (hygiene, personalized, final sale) are non-returnable.
• Faulty/incorrect: Report within 30 days with photos — we will repair, replace, or refund at no extra cost.
• How to return: Email zaynogcc@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 50 350 6829 with order number. We’ll send return instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection (5–10 business days processing).
• Shipping costs: Customer pays return shipping for change of mind; we cover return shipping for faulty/incorrect items.
• Exchanges: Handled as a new order subject to stock.
